UNBAKED FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. crystalized cherries
1 lb. crystalized citrus
1 lb. crystalized pineapple
1 box raisins
2 lb. graham crackers, crushed
4 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 lb. walnuts
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cloves, allspice, salt, cinnamon
4 tbsp. cocoa

Cut fruit in small pieces and mix all fruit, nuts, cracker crumbs together. Put milk in pan and add cocoa, spices, sugar and mix thoroughly and pour over fruit; when thoroughly mixed and beginning to get stiff pour into large pan lined with wax paper. Save some fruits and nuts for top of cake. Make several days ahead.
