UNBAKED FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 lb. pecans, chopped
1 lb. candied cherries, quartered
1 lb. box white raisins
1 stick butter, melted

Thoroughly mix all ingredients and press in foil-lined loaf pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This recipe is great to make ahead. Freeze and save for use through the holidays.
