BEST PICKLES IN THE WORLD 
25 to 30 med. cucumbers
6 lg. white onions
2 red peppers
1/2 c. salt

BRINE:

5 c. cider vinegar
5 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. whole cloves

Wash and slice cucumbers and onions very thin and peppers. Combine with salt and let stand for 2 hours. Drain. Heat thoroughly in brine mixture but do not boil. Pack in jars and seal.
