POTATOES AND PORK CHOPS | |
4 center cut pork chops 6 lg. white (7 or more if needed) potatoes 1/3 c. flour 1/2 stick butter 1 c. milk (more if needed) Salt and pepper 1 medium sliced onion Brown pork chops well on both sides. Remove from skillet. Slice potatoes. Place in pan in juice from meat. Sprinkle with flour. Add butter and milk and onions. Place chops on top of potatoes. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour. Serve hot with salad and veggie. |
