FROZEN CITRUS DESSERT | |
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened 8 oz (3 1/2 c.) non-dairy whipped topping, thawed 1 graham cracker crumb crust (opt.) Beat concentrate in large mixer bowl about 30 seconds. Blend in ice cream. Fold in whipped topping until smooth. Freeze until mixture will mound. Spoon into square Pyrex dish and freeze until firm. Or spoon into graham cracker crumb crust and freeze. Let stand in refrigerator 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. TOPPING: 6 graham cracker squares, crushed Melt: Mix with crumbs. Use to top dessert. Can be served nicely without crust if you wish to cut down on calories. |
