FROZEN CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 baked 9" pie shell
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
6 (1 oz.) squares melted semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. chilled whipping cream
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

In small mixer bowl, blend the confectioners' sugar and butter on low speed until fluffy. Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. On high speed, beat in eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Pour into pie shell. Cover pie with plastic wrap; freeze several hours or overnight. Remove pie 15 minutes before serving. Remove plastic wrap.

TOPPING: In chilled bowl, whip cream and confectioners' sugar until stiff. Pile onto pie and, if desired, garnish with chocolate curls.
