FROZEN CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. chilled whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

In small mixer bowl, blend 1 cup powdered sugar and butter on low speed until fluffy. Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. On high speed, beat in eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Pour into baked pie shell, cover with plastic wrap. Freeze several hours. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.

Just before serving, whip cream with 2 teaspoons powdered sugar and pile onto pie. This is an excellent summer dessert.
