1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 c. water
4 c. milk
Cinnamon stick stirrers

In saucepan combine sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Stir in water. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat, until chocolate melts. Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk, heat over low heat until mixture is hot. Pour into mugs with cinnamon stick stirrers. Makes 6 servings.
