HOT SPICED CHOCOLATE 
3 c. 2% low-fat chocolate milk
1 1/2 c. skim milk
4 (3 inch) sticks cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
36 miniature marshmallows
Ground cinnamon (opt.)
6 (3 inch) sticks cinnamon (opt.)

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan; stir with a wire whisk. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Remove and discard cinnamon sticks; stir in vanilla. Pour into individual mugs and top each with 6 marshmallows. If desired, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and garnish with cinnamon sticks. Yield: 4 1/2 cups.
