SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, half baked
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
Nutmeg or cinnamon

Cook sugar, cornstarch and milk together until it thickens. Add butter and vanilla. Pour in pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly on top.
