SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 (9") pie shell, baked
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. milk

Mix cornstarch and sugar; add milk, cook until thick, then add butter and vanilla and mix. Pour into baked pie shell, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes until filling bubbles. It's delicious.
