CRAB PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Bring water to boil and add butter. Return to boil. Add flour all at once. Remove from heat and beat in 1 egg at a time. Then add all of the following ingredients.

3 scallions, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of crabmeat
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Drop on cookie sheet by spoonfuls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake additional 10 minutes. Note: These can also be frozen.
