1/2 head lettuce
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 bag spinach
Green onion
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Swiss cheese, shredded

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix

Mix dressing together and pour over other ingredients.
