STRAWBERRY - PEACH PIE | |
1 1/2 c. strawberries 1 1/2 c. peaches 1 c. juice 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 1/2 tbsp. tapioca 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. sugar Mix sugar, tapioca, cornstarch; add juice. Cook until thick. Cool. Add fruit and lemon juice. Put in shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees. Bake until golden brown. |
