PEACH, APRICOT OR STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. fresh fruit
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook until clear and thickened, then add 1 small box Jello (same as fruit) and stir. Pour over fresh fruit. Put into a baked 9 or 10-inch pie shell. Refrigerate and top with Cool Whip.
