PEACH OR STRAWBERRY PIE 
1-2 c. fresh peaches or strawberries
Whipped cream

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. finely chopped nuts

GLAZE:

1 c. mashed fruit
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

For the crust: Mix the flour, butter, sugar and nuts together and press in a pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

For the glaze: Combine glaze ingredients. Boil for 1 minute. Cool. Mix with choice of fresh fruit. Pour into baked crust. Top with whipped cream immediately before serving. Makes 1 pie.
