MARINATED VEGETABLE TWISTERS 
2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red pepper
1 medium onion, diced and sliced
1 (16 oz.) pkg. vegetable twisters

Combine first six ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Partially cool. Cook twisters in boiling water 6 minutes; drain. Add peppers and onions. Pour mixture over twisters; stir to coat each twister. Refrigerate; stir several times. Let stand in refrigerator 12 to 24 hours.
