TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced turkey
2 hard cooked eggs, boiled
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips

May substitute cashews for almonds.

Mix the first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss with turkey mixture. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle noodles or chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
