CREAMED POTATOES WITH PORK 
6 pork chops
6 lg. potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper pork chops. Fry in frying pan until almost done. Set aside. Cut potatoes and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk. Pour over potatoes. Slice onions and put over top of potatoes. Put pork chops on top of onions and potatoes. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 450 degrees.
