PORK CHOPS IN SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
6 loin pork chops
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. catsup
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream

In skillet brown pork chops. Add 1/2 cup water, sugar, onion, garlic, catsup and bouillon cube. Cover, simmer for 40 minutes. Remove chops. Combine flour with 1/4 cup water. Slowly add to cooking liquid. Cook until thick. Stir in sour cream. Heat and pour over chops.
