SAMANTHA'S HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
your choice seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)
chopped onion (add to your liking)
1 (23 oz.) can tomato soup (family size or 2 regular)
1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
7 to 9 potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
shredded cheese (your choice), for sprinkling

Peel and boil potatoes. Mash them and set aside.

Brown the ground beef. Season, to taste. Add the chopped onion and stir. Drain.

To the hamburger mix add tomato soup, green beans, corn and mushrooms. Let that simmer for about 10 minutes.

Transfer to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top of the hamburger mixture as if it was a pie. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until the cheese is melted.
