PUMPKIN ROLL DESSERT 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder (I used baking soda)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. walnuts

Pour batter on greased waxed paper in jelly roll pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and roll with towel. Cool. Roll up cake with filling inside.

FILLING:

1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter

Blend.
