CHEESE POTATO BAKE 
3 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped (or green onion)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Thaw potatoes. Add to all of the above ingredients, saving some cheese for the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes longer. Serves 8.
