CHEESY GREEN BEANS 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated onion
1 lb. grated cheddar
6 oz. can French fried onions
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. sour cream
4 cans green beans, drained

Combine butter and flour; cook gently. Remove from heat; stir in salt, pepper, sugar, onion, and sour cream. Fold in beans. Place in 13 x 9 pan. Cover with cheese, then with fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
