CHEESY BEAN DIP 
2 cans refried beans
1 can Rotel (tomatoes and green chillies)
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
2 c. shredded Mexican cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Mix ingredients (except 1 c. cheddar cheese). Transfer to a 9 X 13 baking dish, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake, uncovered at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
