CHEESY TACO DIP 
2 blocks Velveeta cheese
2 cans Hormel chili (with or without beans)
1 sm. onion (optional)
Jalapeno peppers to taste (optional)
2 pkgs. taco chips

In crock pot add all ingredients. Temperature should be on high. Stir occasionally, until cheese is melted. Lower temperature on crock pot. Serve warm with taco chips.
