PECAN CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add all other ingredients, mixing well. Drop from spoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

Press down with bottom of glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until lightly brown.
