CHICKEN PUFFS 
2 c. diced chicken
3/4 c. celery
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. capers
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
Hamburger buns hollowed out (not sliced), with edge
2 egg whites

Mix all ingredients and fill buns. Cover well with wax paper and chill 6 hours. Just before serving, beat whites of 2 eggs stiff and add 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Spread over all of bun and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
