CHICKEN PUFFS 
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped chicken
1 sm. onion
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1 c. grated cheese
Hungry Jack biscuits

Mix ingredients. Separate biscuits into 3/4 and 1/4. Put 3/4 dough into muffin pan. Stuff with mixture and top with remaining biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
