FRENCH TOAST ROLL 
1 loaf sandwich bread, crusts trimmed off

Mix: 1 egg yolk 6 tbsp. sugar

Mix: 1 c. sugar 6 tsp. cinnamon

Flatten bread out with rolling pin. Spread each piece of bread with cream cheese mixture. Roll each bread slice up like a jelly roll and brush with melted butter and then roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place on cookie sheet and freeze.

Bake frozen at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yield 30.
