SAGEBRUSH MARINADE 
2/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. smoke flavoring

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. It is great on all meats both before and during charcoaling.
