POTATO PIZZA 
3 carrots
1 leek
5 med. potatoes
Marjoram
1/2 yellow pepper
8 black olives
3 eggs
1 heaping tbsp. flour
4 thin slices bacon
2 tomatoes
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Fresh rosemary
Salt to taste

Lightly grease a springform pan, 11 inches in diameter and line it with 2 strips bacon. Wash leek and chop finely, peel potatoes and carrots and grate them. Mix vegetables and potatoes with eggs and flour and season with marjoram, salt. Place potato mixture into the pan. Bake the "pizza" in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Cut washed tomatoes into slices, wash peppers. Remove membranes and seeds. Cut it into strips. Cut Mozzarella into slices. Top potato pizza with tomatoes, peppers, cheese, olives and remaining bacon. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Bake for another 10 minutes.
