PIZZA POTATOES 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Empty potatoes and sauce package into ungreased casserole dish. Heat tomatoes, water and oregano in saucepan until boiling. Stir into potatoes. Arrange pepperoni on top of potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

May substitute 1/2 pound browned, drained ground beef or sausage for the pepperoni. Stir into potato mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake as directed.
