CHEESY PIZZA POTATOES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook and stir beef over medium-high heat until brown; drain. Mix beef and remaining ingredients, except cheese, in ungreased 2 quart casserole; break up tomatoes. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender, about 45-50 minutes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
