TEXAS CORNBREAD PICANTE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c. milk 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper 1 c. cream style corn Combine cornbread mix and cheese. Add all other ingredients and stir just until barely blended. Pour into an 8"x8"x2" pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes until middle of bread springs back. |
