GINGERBREAD PANCAKES | |
1 egg, beaten 1/3 c. molasses 2/3 c. milk 2 c. gingerbread mix Combine egg, molasses and milk; add to gingerbread mix. Stir only until dry ingredients are dampened. Batter should be lumpy. Bake pancakes on greased griddle. Serve with melted butter and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes 2 dozen. |
