NO PEEK ROAST | |
3 lb. chuck or pot roast 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans mushroom soup 1/2 c. wine 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 (6 oz.) bottle ginger ale 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms Place roast in covered heavy pan and add remaining ingredients. Place in 350 degree oven for 3 1/2 hours, do not open pan while cooking. Note: May use stew meat if desired. |
