NO PEEK ROUND STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak, cut into bite size pieces
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1/2 c. Burgundy wine (substitute 1 c. water)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Do not peek! Serve with butter noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
