ITALIAN SEAFOOD WITH LINGUINE 
(Sauce or gravy):

Onions
Garlic
Italian seasoning to taste
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1/2 lb. each of peeled shrimp
Cubed haddock (about 4 oz.)
Minced clams (about 4 oz.)
Lobster meat (about 4 oz.)
1 lb. thin linguine

In a 6 qt. pot fry the onions, garlic and seasonings. When lightly browned, add the tomatoes. Let simmer for 35 to 40 minutes; then add all the seafood first, then the heavy cream. Do not boil, but make sure the shrimp and fish are cooked. Serve over cooked linguine and enjoy!
