SNAP BEAN SALAD 
1 can French cut snap beans
1 can peas, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Celery to taste

Heat sugar, vinegar and oil until sugar melts. Mix and let stand overnight. Pour liquid off, serve. Chill.
