MANDARIN ORANGE LAYER CAKE 
1 pkg. regular yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Put oranges in mixer first and beat a little, then add rest of ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into 3 greased and floured tins. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pans after 5 minutes; cool.

FROSTING:

1 can drained crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Blend, then fold in 1 package whipped topping. Frost layers, sides, then top. Decorate with coconut or nuts.
