PUMPKIN STREUSEL BARS 
1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. cold butter, cut into small pieces
2 c. COMSTOCK pumpkin (1-16 oz. can)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour and sugars. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reserving 1 cup crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of 12x7-inch baking pan. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. 8 to 10 servings.
