CRAB CASSEROLE 
3 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
2/3 c. chopped onions
1 can crabmeat (drained)
1/3 c. oil
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix everything together. Pour into greased casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until set and golden brown. A luscious answer to "What'll I do with all this zucchini?"
