1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

Mix into batter. Pour into pizza sheet. Bake 350 degree oven about 10 minutes. Fill with your favorite pizza fillings. (Double recipe if cookie sheet is used.)

P.S. Spread pizza sauce on baked crust. The crust doesn't have to be rolled. Very easy and fun to make. Let the kids put the topping on.
