CRAZY CRUST PIZZA 
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 green pepper (optional)
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 c. tomato sauce
1 to 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Beat crust ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 12 inch pizza pan. Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings to taste. Drain. Arrange meat and vegetables over batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden in color. Remove pizza from oven; drizzle with sauce and sprinkle on the cheese. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes to melt cheese. Any topping you like can be used.
