GINGER COOKIES 
1 c. honey
1 1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients; roll into walnut-size balls. Drop on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
