FROSTINGS 
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel
Orange or lemon juice
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Cream the butter and gradually add half the sugar, blending well. Beat in the milk and vanilla. Gradually add the remaining sugar to make a spreadable consistency. Will frost one 8-9 inch layer.
