COUNTRY STYLE COLE SLAW 
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
8 c. shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onion

In large bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients. Add next 4 ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover; chill several hours. If desired, serve in lettuce lined bowl. (About 8 cups.)
