SPECIAL HEALTH COOKIES 
1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. dry milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda (baking)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. raisins

Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes on a cookie sheet.
