OATMEAL COOKIES PIZAZZ 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar packed
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Salad Pizazz! (salad topper)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl cream together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

Add eggs one at a time mixing until fully incorporated. Stir in vanilla. In three separate additions mix the flour and butter mixtures together making sure each is blended well before putting in the next. Stir in the quick oats and the Salad Pizazz.

Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes and place on cooling rack.
